I remember watching this film for the first time when I was about seven. Now, ten years on, I still love it. Every time I watch it, the part in which Elliot thinks that E.T. has died still makes me cry, without fail, because it is so beautiful and emotional. Everything about this film is fabulous: the acting (especailly Drew Barrymore as little Gertie), the music (especially when E.T makes the bikes fly) and the direction. In fact, now I buy any film that has Steven Spielberg's name on it, because I think that someone who can direct something as wonderful as E.T. must have talent and therefore none of the films thathe directs will be bad: in fact they won't be anything but brilliant!!!

I absolutely love this movie and have watched it several times over. The script is brilliant and you'll find yourself in fits of laughter quite often although be warned tissues may be needed too.
Two women (Whoopi Goldberg and Mary-Louise Parker) agree to travel cross-country together even though they don't know each other in order to share the cost and for safety. On the way they acquire another member (Drew Barrymore) who is an old friend of Whoopi Goldberg's character. The three women are different in almost every way but soon become good friends sharing laughs and tears. A story about a journey of the heart, true friendship and the hardships it can conquer.
Touching and absolutely hilarious this is a movie that should not be ... Read More:

As above. I'm referring to the 1960s TV show, not the comics. The first two Burton spectaculars, for all their grand gothicness, missed this connection totally and didn't even introduce us to Robin. So this film was a welcome addition to the series and set its own tone completely. The viewers who don't like it seem to be mostly judging it on its breakaway from the first two movies, and not on its own merits. I think the director did a grand job and the casting was perfect. Kilmer made a great Batman, showing more human vulnerability and even naivete through his caped crusader guise than the stiffer, darker, more concealed Keaton did. Lee-Jones was right as Two-Face and Carey was the real star of the show as the Riddler, all theatre and facial expressions - a great performance ... Read More:

This is one of my favourite drew barrymore films! It's the story of 16 year old Amy fisher, who fell in love with a much older, married man, and then shot his wife out of jelousy. Drew's acting is really on the mark and even has you feeling sorry for Amy.This is a must see for Drew fans!

Craven's "Scream" is a masterpiece, it can't be denied. The intricate references to previous horror-movie greats is fantastic and Craven voices his thoughts on the horror genre throughout the film through the character Randy, a movie buff.
There are many plot twists and turns that make for edge-of-your-seat viewing. I loved this film and I highly recommend it to any horror fan. I also recommend you buy the soundtrack - it's awesome.
