If your a fan of The Boosh, It Crowd, Spaced, Red Dwarf then you've got to buy this. One of the funniest tv progs ever made.
Its full of very funny songs (you may also want to get the cd)you'll be singing them for days after. The songs arnt as dark as the ones in The Boosh and the Characters are more the lovable loser type.
I found myself watching this over and over again (just like IT Crowd and Red Dwarf) and I still find it very funny.
If you liked this you also should check out the film Eagle Vs Shark.
Release Date August 07, 2007
You don't get much for your money with this EP but what you do get is quality from the get go to the let go. If you've never heard Flight of the Conchords before this CD makes an excellent (if slightly pricey) introduction to the funniest novelty folk duo on the planet.
If you've already got the HBO TV series, buy the BBC radio series before you get this. It's almost as good as the TV show and you get a lot of Conchords for your money. But do buy this, it's just as good as anything else the Conchords have done and if you loved them on TV or on the radio you won't want to miss out.

I had never heard of these but my boyfriend put this onto my ipod. I just could not stop laughing. "Can someone please remove these cutleries from my knees?" I laughed out loud on the tube.

Yes, this Napoleon Dynamite set in New Zealand. There are so many similarities to the above-average Napoleon that it is almost a parody, except it contains very few laughs. So contrived it actually made me cringe. Cliche after cliche after cliche.
The writer/director has noted the popularity of "quirkiness" in indie films, and his script-by-numbers attempts to conform to as many stereotypes in this genre as humanly possible.
Little depth, less than endearing characters, predictable, self-gratuitous and pointless.
A dismal film. Those who love quirky, dry indie films, and those who do not, AVOID. Watch Science of Sleep. Or Squid and the Whale... or Wes Anderson films, or, hell, anything else. You will find more ... Read More:

As a devoted fan of Brooker's weekly column in the Guardian weekend supplement I knew I would have seen some of these columns however that didn't put me off buying it. Often his cutting use of sarcasm will still make you spit out your tea on the 4th or 5th read. No target is off limits - 9/11 conspirators, Reality TV (especially Reality TV), minor celebrities, major celebrities - no one is safe from Brooker's rage!
Not just for fans - he will make you laugh...unless you seriously think Big Brother is a fantastic TV program :)
Release Date February 11, 2008
So the first two series were great. The radio series was great. They had energy, origionality, verve, were set in a world outside of our own. They had an awkward hero in Howard Moon that we could all laugh at and yet root for. Characters like Bob Fossil, Charlie, Old Greg and Milky Joe populated a world that was rarely not funny, interesting or different.
Series 3: Set in Camden, staring NOEL FEILDING!!!!!!!!.... oh yeah, and julien barrat... sort of. The bumbling hero is now the sidekick. all the old characters are re-run and the jokes are largely re-cycled, take crimping. A few mildly amusing moments, most of them involving howard moon 'its whats inside that counts' etc.
I mean I never liked the 'noel fielding show'... i like the mighty boosh. and this is a joke. ... Read More:

I like Charlie Brooker. Charlie Brooker is a very funny man and his column in the Guardian is very funny too. Unfortunately if you can't remember most of the T.V. programmes he turns his ire on, then you're likely to be a bit lost as to why they deserve his anger. Revel in his caustic wit anyway as some deserved bile is poured out over victims, who, for the most part are the most venal, vain, shallow and self-centred people in or on television.
A good loo book, its short entries a perfect for a 'visit'. Not so good to read cover to cover, which I did because mine was a library copy and I needed to return it. Best buy or get bought a copy and leave it within handy reach of the porcelain.
Release Date November 19, 2007
This is a 5 minute joke stretched out to 28 minutes, and an extremely unfunny one at that. The very talented people involved should hang their heads in shame at this total embarrassment. The 'songs' are instantly forgettable and lacking in melodies. Just don't buy it ok, its dire.
