This song is just fantastic, no matter what mood your in it will cheer you up no end!!! Personally the Scissor Sisters are one of the best bands around at the moment, they have such a different sound which just grips you instantly, once a fan....always a fan

unbelievably great album - I didn't think they could easily better their first one, but they have! The only let down is the packaging of this edition - it's fun to start with but difficult to store on your CD shelf! The Bonus tracks on disc 2 are worth the 2 or 3 extra quid.
Release Date October 02, 2006
Poor release trying to cash in from Warner - how many times do we need the remix of VENUS? Other great remixes are misisng and this release could have been so much better than whats here. Disappointing.

Pretty good album of eurovision nostalgia from all years.Disc 1 is by far the best and even the songs in foreign language aren't that bad.Disc 2 starts off ok but then goes into later years which were pretty awful. Overall though a pretty good set but was miffed at a few omissions especially as this album has 20 songs from the Uk but not 'Let me be the one' from The Shadows which after all came second in 1975. Also would have liked the 1984 winner Diggi Loo Diggi Ley from The Herreys as this did chart over here where as some did not.

But I love it. The song Grace Kelly is built the same way as Alexander Graham Bell, even sung in the same way. Has the falsetto from Ballroom Blitz, the great harmonies from songs like Co Co and and Little Willy and has a lot in common with Teenage Rampage as well. All worldwide hits by Sweet in the 70s. I am delighted that my favourite band of all time have influence on yet another generation of great musicians, just like they did with punk and 80s heavy metal. Back in the 70s this kind of music was considered lightweight bubblegum by the press. Having suffered 20 years of rap and hip hop, it now sounds like coming back to heaven.

This album is track after track of hits. Highly camp, naughty and lots of fun; if you enjoy Mika, Queen's more tongue-in-cheek tracks or Elton John's dance tracks you will probably enjoy this album!
While the fun and funky 'Take Your Mama', 'Music is the victim' (both with echoes of Elton John at his most upbeat), 'Comfortably Numb' (the fantastic cover of Pink Floyd's great track) and 'Filthy/Gorgeous' will have you singing and dancing unashamedly, the gentler 'Mary' and 'Return to Oz' show more depth and tenderness, and are both moving and beautiful. In my opinion just about all the tracks on the album are winners!
This is a cd that I come back to over and over again, it lifts the spirits with its infectious sense of fun ... Read More:

I have been a fan of Jamelia since she released her debut "Drama" all those years ago. I knew she would move on to great things.
Now with "Thank You" she tried something a little different, and although the singles were a big hit the album just didn't feel right.
Now with this album, she really has found the perfect sound. An eclectic mix of genres blended together to create floor fillers (Do Me Right), and pure anthems (Beware Of The Dog) that anyone can enjoy.
Now she has left her record label, lets hope she moves onto something even greater.

A moment like this is a great track, and the 2 bonus tracks "Summertime" and "Sorry seems to be the hardest" show her at her very best
Leona is the one of the best female artist to come out of the UK in recent years and has a amazing talent.

Just watched a rental version of this DVD so am not sure what information the booklet contains. Good to see some "live" legendary TOTP performances of songs that I only get to hear on radio and Cd. Can only guess why no Bowie, Beatles and Bangles(cost etc). The quality of the picture obviously decreasing with age, but with a HD TV and a surround DVD player that increases picture quality to near HD I was amazed at the overall quality.
Special feature 1)" Dancing Queens", a musical sequence featuring past members of "Pans People" 2) "Overture and beginnings", a rundown of all the various TOTP opening tunes, 3)"TOPT uncut", six songs as they were original broadcast, including there intros and chart rundowns. 4) "Every picture tells a story", with great ...
