My Completely Best Story Collection (Charlie & Lola)

Lovely books and lovely story cd's too. So much nicer in the car than mind bending childrens music ALL THE TIME! We've even managed to get our 2 year old to stay at the table for a complete meal if the cd is on. I cannot recommend this highly enough. It's just a shame there is only one story collection available.

My Extremely Busy Activity Pack (Charlie & Lola)

i bought this item as a gift for a friends child.
she was very happy with it and enjoyed the activities in it.
the books that come in the pack are "my haircut sticker book" and "i absolutely must do colouring-in now".it also comes with collage paper and colouring pencils.

Charlie And Lola: Five

I probably would give the new series of Charlie and Lola 5 stars, and then knock 4 off for the fact that neither the packaging nor the other reviews on here mention that BOTH the characterful, expressive and charming voices'from the first series are gone. Charlie and Lola are now voiced by different people, and are not nearly as good. My two year old daughter seems to notice the difference, and not to enjoy these episodes as much as the originals.

My Very Busy Sticker Book (Charlie & Lola)

I'm a mom of a 7 year old and now that he's going to school I thought of getting him some activity books. My very busy sticker book has big drawings and stickers and they are just so much fun that I was really hoping he could invite me to join on the game. Beware not to hide the book for your own use before giving it to your child!!!

You Can Be My Friend (Charlie & Lola (8x8))

Lola is very excited because Marv is bringing his little brother Morten round to play, and Lola has lots of plans for Morten, all of which Morten, who seems to be chronically shy, doesn't seem to have a lot of say in. It ends well, as usual, but with that nicely ambiguous mix of morality and what children are actually like and what children actually do, which makes these books so appealing.

This has the usual top class illustrations. I love Child's style, the cut and paste, scrapbook mixed with line drawing and other media. It's fascinating to see what materials she has mixed up to create such child friendly illustrations. Charlie And Lola Vol.8

If you love Charlie and Lola, then you'll love this DVD as it's much of what you've come to expect. My four year old loves this DVD and wasn't disappointed at all. I don't know what the other person was talking about when they said the voices are different. My daughter and I couldn't tell. They sounded like the same Charlie and Lola. It's a shame since this other reviewer wrote those remarks on almost every C&L DVD bringing all of their ratings down. They must have excellent hearing because no one else seems to notice or be bothered. So don't let that sway your choice when you decide to buy. These later discs are the same C&L you've come to love.

Charlie & Lola Bendable Dolls

Got these for my daughter for christmas and they look great. I had been warned they were small but they were not as small as I had thought.
Great size for my 2 year old to handle.

I have had a play for myself, and though they do not say much I am sure that my daughter is going to love them.

Good price as well as they are at least £15.00 in the shops by me

Charlie And Lola: Seven

To the reviewer who complains about the changed voices - the voices were done by kids and KIDS GROW UP. Would you rather the series continued with new voices, or that it stopped altogether? Personally, I'm glad we have more episodes of this lovely series. Though I would argue that this is all quite expensive for short discs, and about time the BBC released a more economical compilation.
